Throughout his impressive career, he has developed a rich expertise in curriculum development, educational leadership, and pioneering teaching methods.

Michael has played several key roles within Quincy Public Schools, including his current role as Director of Curriculum. Here, he leads the creation and rollout of a holistic curriculum framework, aligning it with educational standards to nurture an engaging learning atmosphere for all students. A strong advocate for incorporating technology and artificial intelligence in education, Michael guided the QPS AI Planning Team in identifying top integration practices across the district.

More than just collaborating with fellow educators to develop and offer effective curricula and professional development, Michael's drive to enhance student outcomes has been evident during his tenure as an elementary and middle school principal. Here, he managed high-impact educational programs and inspired a team of educators to deliver top-notch, adaptive instruction. His commitment to continuous learning extends into his role as a graduate course instructor at Gordon College, where he crafted and conducted online professional development courses for educators throughout Massachusetts.
